What is a High Cube container?
A High Cube is 1 foot taller than a standard container — 2.9m vs 2.6m. This extra headroom is essential for comfortable living or working after adding insulation and flooring. We strongly recommend High Cube for homes and offices.
How much is a 3-bedroom container house?
A complete 3-bedroom container home costs between Ksh 1.8M and Ksh 3.2M, including containers, fabrication, insulation, plumbing, electrics, and finishes. This is 20–30% cheaper than a stone building.
Do you deliver countrywide?
Yes! We deliver to all 47 counties — from Mombasa to Kisumu, Eldoret, Lodwar, and beyond. We use specialized flatbed and crane-mounted trucks for long-distance delivery.
Are containers weatherproof?
Yes. All containers we sell are guaranteed Wind and Watertight (WWT). We inspect door seals, roofs, and walls before sale — your goods stay dry in heavy Kenyan rain.
What is "Food Grade" and why does it matter?
Food Grade containers previously carried only dry food products (coffee, rice, sugar). They contain no harmful chemical residues, making them much safer for homes, offices, and schools.
Can I visit your yard to inspect containers?
Absolutely — we encourage it! Visit our Kamakis Bypass yard Monday–Saturday, 8am–5pm. Check floors, doors, and walls yourself. We also send photos or videos if you can't visit in person.
How long does a container home last?
A well-maintained container home lasts over 25 years. Place it on concrete blocks off the ground, paint rust spots regularly, and your container will serve you for decades.
What are your payment terms?
Payment is required before delivery. We provide a formal Pro-Forma Invoice and contract. We accept Bank Transfer (EFT/RTGS) or M-Pesa. Always pay to the official company account.
Do I need a permit for a container home?
Generally yes — once modified for permanent habitation with plumbing, county authorities classify it as a structure. Check with your local County Government planning office. Simple farm storage typically does not require permits.
